What kind of broth should I use?
Before we get to the amazing recipes, let’s quickly chat about the key to all great soups! The vegetable broth!
Use a good quality, flavourful broth when making soups. I like to use my homemade bouillon mix for a variety of reasons that you can read about here, if you’re so inclined.
