If using store-bought, grab natural peanut butter, containing just peanuts, without added sugar, salt, or oil, for the healthiest option.
Even so, I don’t recommend grabbing a tablespoon and eating it from the jar, as it’s still high in calories and fat.
So enjoy it in moderation. 🙂
