Ingredients: 340 grams (12 ounce) block extra firm tofu (GMO free if possible); 2 tablespoons Tamari (or soy sauce); 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon onion powder; 2 tablespoons cornstarch (or brown rice flour); 6 cups romaine lettuce (approx. 2 romaine hearts); 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved); 1 cup shredded carrots; 1 yellow pepper (thinly sliced); 1 green onion (thinly sliced); 1/4 cup tahini; 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar; 1 tablespoon maple syrup; 1 teaspoon yellow mustard; 2 tablespoons fresh basil (finely chopped); salt + pepper (to taste); 1-2 tablespoons water (if needed to thin your dressing)
