Add all the ingredients to an oven-safe dish that will fit inside your air frying basket. Mix well to evenly coat the tomatoes, and place the dish inside your basket.
Air fry at 375℉/190℃ for 8-10 minutes, or until the tomato skins appear wrinkled, mixing once at the halfway point, then remove the dish from the fryer.
Enjoy on toast, as a side dish, or as a topping for burgers.
