Dice and chop all the ingredients and add them to a mixing bowl. Then squeeze the fresh lime juice on top and mix well to evenly distribute.
Taste and add ⅛ teaspoon of salt, if needed, or salt to your taste. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour or serve right away.
Notes
For less heat, remove the seeds and membranes of your pepper before chopping.Wear gloves when handling spicy peppers, and make sure to thoroughly wash your hands when you’re done. Avoid touching your eyes and face!Let your pico rest in the fridge for 1 hour before serving to give the flavours time to blend nicely.
