Shred the potatoes.

Soak the potatoes.

Rinse the potatoes.

Pat them dry.  (Don't skip this step.)

Mix the shreds in a bowl with seasoning.

Place in single layer in your air fryer basket.

Air fry until golden, approx 20 minutes.
