  • 18 oz can chickpeas drained & rinsed
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unrefined coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 small lemon juiced
