Cut your pitas into 8 triangular wedges. Using a pizza cutter is a quick way to do this. Then combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Brush the spice mixture on the tops of your pita wedges. Then arrange them in your air frying basket. (It's okay if they overlap a bit.)
Air fry at 350°F/176°C for 3-4 minutes for softer chips OR 5-7 minutes for crispier chips. Check on them often and remove them when the desired doneness is reached. Enjoy!
Notes
Different air frying models cook at different speeds. Check on your chips often, starting at the 3-minute mark.
For softer chips, air fry for approx. 3-4 minutes.
For crispy chips, air fry for approx. 5-7 minutes.
No problem for the pita triangles to overlap a bit in your fryer basket. However, don't completely overlap them. Work in batches, if needed.
