Easy Banana Spinach Pancakes
Banana spinach pancakes are easy to make and include healthy ingredients so you don't have to feel guilty about having pancakes for dinner!

Servings: 16 4" Pancakes
Add all the ingredients to your blender and process on high speed until pureed.
Heat your nonstick griddle or large skillet (greasing first if necessary) and pour the batter directly from your blender spout onto your hot surface.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side. Then, flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Serve your pancakes with maple syrup and/or fresh fruit and enjoy!
