2tablespoonavocado oilor sub for veggie broth to make it oil free
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsea salt
½teaspoondried parsley
¼teaspoonground black pepper
⅛teaspooncayenne pepper
Instructions
Peel and chop your carrots into approx. one inch pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
Then, depending on which version you're making (sweet or spicy), add each of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well to evenly coat the carrots.
For the sweet version only, place the coated carrots in an oven safe dish that fits inside your air fryer basket. (So you don't lose all the syrup, and the carrots come more caramelized this way.)
For the spicy version, transfer the coated carrots directly into the basket.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes, or until tender. Enjoy!
