Sweet hummus fruit dip is a great choice when you’re craving something sweet, and don’t want to completely indulge. It’s sweet, but refined sugar free, and SO flavourful. It’s also vegan and gluten free and packs a TON of protein. Let’s call this a healthy fruit dip. Plus, when compared to other desserts, this recipe is low in calories, carbs and fat!
If you have picky eaters to feed, this fruit dip is a great way to encourage your children to eat more fruit. Or even adults that may need a push. The dip is made primarily of chickpeas, which provide a great source of protein. Don’t worry, you really don’t even taste the chickpeas! In fact, just don’t tell anyone they’re in there. Sweet hummus may not sound appetizing, but boy am I ever glad I made some anyways! This will definitely become a go to dessert option in my house. Or use this healthy dip for a light lunch, or after workout snack. Just gather your favourite fruits for dunking and enjoy.

Well it couldn’t get much easier, really! Just add all the ingredients to a food processor. Process until combined and smooth. Then serve!
